Swiss based company, #tide (Tide Ocean SA) developed a proprietary technology, in collaboration with the Swiss University of Applied Sciences, to transform waste collected from our oceans into high-quality, recycled plastic; in the process supporting local communities with employment and education programs.
This process allows a truly sustainable and traceable supply chain, inviting consumers to follow the journey of the recycled materials through QR codes. The Root Project proudly collaborates with #tide material, making our packaging 5X more eco-friendly than virgin plastic.
