At The Root Project, we prioritize your satisfaction. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.
Returns Policy
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
Exchanges Policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase for products of equal or lesser value.
- If the new product costs more, you will be charged the difference.
- Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Refunds can be requested within 30 days of purchase.
- Refunds will only be issued for products that are at least 50% full.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Note: We may request additional details about your experience to help us improve our products.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products marked as final sale or promotional items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Items damaged through misuse or negligence are not covered.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email us at info@therootproject.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Additional Information
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.
